Recipe: Jicama Chips

Mix jicama chips with regular tortilla chips to offer party guests a healthier option, and they’ll be scooping up salsa, guacamole or your favorite bean dip, guilt-free!


1 medium jicama, peeled and rinsed (about 1 1/4 pounds)


  1. Cut the jicama in half and then into 1/4-inch-thick slices with a sharp knife. Serve with salsa, guacamole, hummus or any bean dip.
